What does it involve?

What you won't be doing...

  • Counselling or therapy
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Giving clinical advice or diagnosis

Hosting a Room to Breathe Pop-Up



Support  local wellbeing in a simple, human way.

Because sometimes, support just look like space!

Reduce isolation in the community by offering something that is meaningful and with very little impact to you. 

What does it involve?

We're looking for kind, community minded spaces who may be willing to offer a quiet room, or corner for 1-2 hours, occasionally with minimal disruption. That's it! 

What we provide?

  • Volunteers
  • Tea and Basic Supplies
  • Clear boundaries, policies and guidence
  • Free emotional support sessions offered to yourself and you team

What we don't need

  • No specialist facilities.
  • No Host staff involvement
  • No financial contribution
  • No ongoing commitment
  • Hosting can be a one off, or occasional - whatever works for you.
  • Public Liability insurance in place. 
  • Volunteers supported with guidance and training
  • Clear safeguarding and escalation procedures
  • Signposting to appropriate services when needed
