At Room to Breathe, we provide a safe sanctuary for anyone in Norfolk feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or just in need of a pause. Because our wonderful host locations gift us our spaces for free, we don't have high overheads - but we do have a mission to keep our support referral-free and open to everyone.

Your donation ensures that when someone walks through our door, they are met with warmth, a listening ear, and a proper cuppa - no questions asked.

The "Pay It Forward Fund"

Most of us know the relief of a quiet moment and a friendly face. You can "Pay It Forward" to ensure the next person who needs that moment finds it waiting for them.

Suggested donations will help us:

£3: Pay It Forward for a Visitor Provides a proper cuppa, a plate of decent biscuits, and a comfortable, sensory-friendly seat for someone who needs a moment of calm.
£15: The Calm Kit Helps us maintain the sensory resources we bring to pop-up's - weighted blankets, fidget tools, and calming resources that turn a standard room into a sanctuary.
£40: Keeping the Kettle On Covers the travel and logistic costs for Session Facilitators to reach rural parts of Norfolk. Your donation helps us bring a safe space to people who might otherwise be completely isolated.
£100: Community Connection Allows us to launch new regular drop-in locations, or run specialised "interest" sessions where we provide all materials for free, ensuring there is never a financial barrier to joining in.

These are suggested donations. please feel free to give what ever you are able to. Every penny helps us to keep spaces open and the kettle on.
