What to expect

A calm, welcoming emotional support space to pause, feel heard, and take a breath.

Want to ask us more before you arrive:

Arriving

You don't need to prepare or explain yourself.
Arrive exactly as you are - quiet, chatty, unsure, or tired.

You'll be welcomed into a calm, gentle space with no pressure.

During the session you can:

  • Sit quietly
  • Breathe
  • Reflect
  • Talk (or not talk at all)

There's no agenda - the space meets where you are.
Some people talk, some sit in silence, some just breathe, all is welcome.

Emotional Support - Not Therapy

Room to Breathe is not therapy: No diagnosis, not treatment, no pressure.
It's about human presence, listening, and care - gently, safely, and on your terms.

If emotions show up:

Emotions are welcome here and you are always in control of:

  • What you share
  • How much you share
  • When you pause or stop

Support is calm, grounded, and boundaried.

Accessibility & Comfort

These spaces are designed to be

  • Low pressure
  • Neurodivergent friendly
  • Consent Led

You are free to move, sit quietly, or step outside if needed.

When it Ends:

There's no pressure to feel better or leave changed

You'll be given gentle reminders that the session will be coming to an end 20 minutes prior, and leave in your own time - maybe with a little more space, or simply with the relief of having paused.

Room to Breathe is:

Calm, unhurried, and non-judgemental.
You don't need to perform - You just need to arrive.
